Digerati Life (Greater bloggers willing to help)

In my search to better my site, I stumbled across The Digerati Life's blog. Well, maybe not stumbled, more like had a head on collision with it. Scrolling through all the different information, I realized that the ultimate goal of this blog was to help people in general create a better lifestyle for themselves in more ways than one. The Digerati life touches on subjects from personal upgrade all the way to monetizing sites. Just a sample but as you can see, yes great information. Also for those who do not know of the term digerati, it is a term meaning "The Greats". Yes these are the people who have a great influence on the net and how it changes in the different cyber communities. I look for people like this to help me understand my work better. Knowing these few but powerful pieces of information, I had to leave my information in hopes of maybe getting a return response. To my surprise the next day I got email replying to my message. In this message, I made sure to let it be known that my goal was to return to the blog and keep using the information to my advantage as well as get a link exchange and maybe a review. The reply from The Digerati Life stated that link exchange is a go as long as you can show that for 3 months you have posted at least 3 times a week. You can tell by this that most great bloggers create higher standards for those they connect with. This is good because those who really would like to take their blogging further, will work harder to become one of the greats. A excellent way to gain popularity in the blogger community is to get people to link to your blog. Nobody is going to link to your blog for nothing. You will have to prove that your blog has good content to most of the better bloggers. If they read and like the content you are posting, they will not be hesitant to link to your blog. The reason for this is because any links a blogger has on his or her blog is pretty much a portrait of themselves. It shows what type of information is his or her motivation when posting their blog. Keep in mind this also means be weary of what type of links you put on your page and what type of image you are trying to provide to the readers. Also you should get in touch with the greater bloggers, not just create the blog and hope that these bloggers find you. Another thing you should do is find those people just like yourself looking for link exchanges. This is because most of the bloggers are trying to get notice like yourself. This means that most will be ready and willing to trade links with you just to gain more exposure for themselves. I just came across the agloco blog directory today. As long as you have a link, a banner, or something referring to agloco, you can place your blog into there directory. From what is said, agloco is one of the greatest referral sites on the net as of right now. Knowing that, I am positive that their directory of blogs is going to gain a lot of attention. Also for the few that do not know of agloco, it is a site that will pay you a percentage of the profit that is made every time you search the internet. Reviews Gain Attention to blogs

As a blogger that is always looking for more insight as to where my blog stands in the blogging community, I fealt it would only be right to address the issue. In my opinion the best way to find out where a blog stands is through review. There are sights such as reviewme.com that will pay 50 dollars per review. although this is a sight that will give great insight, as well as pay you to do so, you should not depend on just these sites alone. There are many great bloggers out that if just asked will give there opinion on how good your site is, and also what is neeeded to increase the popularity of your blog, and create up to date and better information to place on it. A few ways to find these bloggers would be tactics such as commentting on blogs that are owned by bloggers who spend there time blogging about helping other bloggers step up there blogging game. Never be ashamed to ask for reviews during your commenting. I say this because a closed mouth never gets fed. Also when reading another persons blog and you run across something that sounds interesting but for some reason the full picture is not presenting itself, do not be scared to contact the author to see if maybe he can show you a different way to look at the information in order to understand better. Email is also another way to get review if you find a author that seems like he knows his position well, contact them through ther email adrress if one is given and ask for a review. Also keep in mind that those who review your site are most likely going to review very harsly for the simple fact that they have no reason to lie to you about your content. Never take a review as an insult to your intelligence. Instead look at the review as a place to upgrade. Look at it as a place to pass up those you learned from. Respect come to those who respect themselves. Keep in mind this means you should respect yourself enough to accept constructive criticism when it presents itself. If you accept the information that is given and apply it to your blog, it will bring more traffic, meaning more clicks, meaning more revenue. Remember the better your information on your blog, the greater chance you have of attracting traffic that will return to your blog or site.

Updates and another monetization technique

I have been searching the interent thorougly. Still looking to find the best ways to monetize my site easily and free. I have created a bar to the right side that has interesting links to sites that might also carry some interesting information on monetizing your blog. Most of the links are links to blogs that were writen by more experienced bloggers. This link bar will just get bigger with the more interesting blog and sites i find. Within my search i have come across a site called pay per post. I am sure alot of the older more experienced bloggers are using it. It is a site that pays you starting off at 5 dollars a post, just to post. The More posts you make the more money can be earned per post. There is a small catch and that is that you will have had to be blogging for at least 3 months for them to even accept your blog. For those of you that have been reading my blog from the beginning you have nothing to worry about. I am hearing that those who have been using the pay per post service faithfully are actuallly earning 150 or more dollars a month by posting once a day. Also remember that you have signed up with feed burner, or another feed service, so the more you post the more traffic you gain.
